Creative Producer

We’re hiring on behalf of Afterpay to help them build an exceptional in-house creative team. The opportunity

The Australian Afterpay team is looking for a Creative Producer to support a broad range of projects across all our Marketing channels. The ideal candidate will manage project timelines, budgets, and resources while fostering collaboration to drive impactful marketing initiatives. We’re looking for a proactive problem-solver, a natural collaborator, a quick-thinking ideas-fountain that thinks outside of the circle.

Summary of the role

• Oversee the end-to-end production of marketing campaigns and assets across various channels (digital, print, video, social media, etc.)

• Collaborate with creative teams, marketing partners, and other internal stakeholders to ensure project goals align with brand and business objectives

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within scope

• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors, freelancers, or agencies as needed

• Facilitate clear and consistent communication between creative, marketing, and operational teams to ensure alignment

• Identify potential risks and proactively develop solutions to keep projects on track

• Uphold quality standards and ensure brand consistency across all deliverables

• Possess 5+ years of experience in creative production, project management, or a related field within a marketing team or creative agency

• Strong understanding of marketing principles, channels, and consumer behaviour

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency in project management tools and creative workflows
