About the opportunity:
As a UI/UX Designer at Drip, you’ll elevate our brand and enhance the aesthetics of our user experience within an agile environment. You’ll always keep our customers at the forefront, advocating for the highest standards of convenience and ease of use across the product.
While reporting to the VP of Product, you’ll play a crucial role on our product team, joining a group of world-class principal designers and collaborating closely with experienced senior product managers. Even more importantly, you’ll work closely with individuals across the entire "product machine"—spanning Product, Design, and Engineering—in a cross-functional effort to deliver an exceptional product experience to our customers.

What you will do:
Design and prototype SaaS interfaces that balance form and function, enhancing both the product’s usability and visual appeal
Create design assets such as wireframes, journey maps, and interaction flows to communicate and visualize design concepts effectively
Work closely with product and engineering teams to ensure that designs align with specific project goals and business objectives
Present and defend design choices to stakeholders, clearly articulating your process, rationale, and insights
Quickly identify customer pain points and collaborate with cross-functional teams to build empathy and develop effective solutions
Advocate design decisions based on customer insights, usability principles, and market trends
Evolve and maintain the design system to ensure brand consistency, scalability, and ease of use
Requirements:
Required:
Experience in designing for SaaS products
Proficiency in tools like Figma, Storybook, Notion, and Jira.
Experience collaborating with design, product and engineering teams
Involvement in all project stages—from research to final design
Strong communication and presentation skills
Experience working remotely
A standout online portfolio
Nice-to-haves:
5+ years of UI/UX design experience
Experience in designing marketing tools

Phone Screen with our People Team - 30min
Zoom Video Screen with our VP of Product - 45min
Team Interview - A chance to meet with other members of the team while you learn more about Drip. This will be around 4 hours through Zoom Video.
Team Debrief, we will meet to discuss openly about our conversations and share feedback for the hiring manager's final decision. Regardless of outcome, every candidate will get an update from Drip on their interview status quickly.
