Lifecycle Marketing Specialist

Role: Lifecycle Marketing Specialist

Email and SMS are core revenue and retention channels at Eight Sleep. We’re seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to help execute and scale these programs, balancing hands-on implementation with thoughtful project ownership. You’ll build, launch, and QA campaigns while partnering with Lifecycle leadership to support planning, prioritization, and optimization.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in execution but is ready to take on more ownership within a fast-growing lifecycle program.

How You’ll Contribute

Email & SMS Execution

  • Build and launch campaigns and automated flows in Klaviyo

  • Implement segmentation, personalization, dynamic content, and A/B tests

  • QA emails across devices, browsers, and inboxes using Litmus or Email on Acid

  • Support SMS execution and compliance across regions

  • Maintain deliverability best practices, list hygiene, and suppression logic

  • Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other regional requirements

Project Management & Strategic Support

  • Own execution timelines from brief to launch, flagging risks and dependencies

  • Translate strategy into clear implementation plans with Lifecycle leadership

  • Help prioritize requests based on impact and timelines

  • Coordinate with creative, data, and engineering partners to keep projects on track

  • Support testing strategy and operationalize learnings across campaigns

  • Document workflows, QA standards, and best practices to improve efficiency

What You Need to Succeed

Must Have:

  • 2–4+ years of hands-on experience building email and SMS programs in Klaviyo

  • Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing fundamentals (segmentation, personalization, testing)

  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and flows simultaneously

  • Experience supporting A/B tests and applying learnings

  • Organized, proactive, and collaborative in fast-moving environments

Technical Experience:

  • Klaviyo campaign and flow builds (required)

  • Email QA tools (Litmus, Email on Acid)

  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS for email

  • SMS execution and compliance best practices

  • Experience pulling performance data (Looker a plus)

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in DTC, subscription, or consumer hardware brands

  • Exposure to customer data platforms or advanced lifecycle tech stacks

  • Experience supporting international lifecycle programs
