Copywriter (Creative/Marketing) for Growing Agency

We are a fast-growing marketing agency managing a diverse portfolio of initiatives across operations, marketing, and client-facing projects. With a high volume of work moving in parallel, strong systems, communication, and execution are critical to our success.

We are seeking an experienced Full-Time Copywriter to be the link between our performance data and content execution. Your primary mission will be to strategize and execute ad campaigns for our clients across Meta and Google Ads. This role requires a unique blend of analytical rigor and creative development aimed at driving significant results. The copywriter will also be responsible for writing high-impact content, including ad copy, conversion-focused website copy, and landing page content.

Qualifications and Expertise

  • We are looking for a candidate who is both highly analytical and creatively fluent.

  • Proven track record in as a Copywriter or similar performance marketing role focused on direct-response advertising for diverse digital clients.

  • Advanced ability to apply corrections according to KPIs and quantitative findings into clear, qualitative creative directives.

  • Exceptional ability to quickly understand and strategize for vastly different product categories and brand tones.

  • Strong ability to clearly and persuasively articulate data-backed creative concepts.

This is a Full-Time, Remote, Long-Term Contract role, requiring 40 hours per week. 8-hour shift (Eastern Time): 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET.
