Both Enjoy Cozumel and Cozumel Chef are local travel websites that serve the tourist market of Cozumel, Mexico. Enjoy Cozumel rents properties for vacation and long-term rentals and Cozumel Chef offers four tours, chef services, and cooking classes.

Now Hiring: Reservations Agent

As a reservations agent, you will be responsible for fielding customer inquiries and taking reservations for both websites. You will have flexible hours and work mostly in our help desk software. On a daily basis, you will be:

• Monitoring our inboxes

• Answering website inquiries

• Inputting reservations

• Keeping calendars updated

• Coordinating with our other employees, guest managers, and vendors

The role is 100% remote, with flexible hours, but our customers and employees are located in the U.S. and Canada, so you will need to work hours that can support North American time zones.
