We are seeking a highly experienced Senior React Developer to lead our front-end development team. This role requires a deep understanding of front-end architecture, along with proven expertise in building and maintaining robust web applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in React, traditional front-end technologies, and web application development, with a strong focus on leading and mentoring a team of developers.

Requirements

Experience: 10+ years in front-end development with a strong focus on React.

Leadership: Proven experience leading a front-end development team or project.

Front-End Expertise: Strong knowledge of traditional front-end technologies and methodologies, with a focus on developing multi-page web applications such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, or Angular familiarity with back-end technologies, including ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, and SQL Server are desirable.

Azure & .NET/C# Experience: Experience working with Azure cloud services and .NET/C# technologies is highly desirable.

Language Proficiency: English proficiency at C2 level, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Mentorship Skills: Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide less experienced developers.

Responsibilities:

Lead Front-End Development:
Take charge of the front-end development process, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable web applications.

React Development: Utilize deep knowledge of React to design and implement complex, multi-page applications.

Architecture Design: Develop and oversee front-end architecture, ensuring that applications are optimized for performance and scalability.

Team Leadership: Provide mentorship to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with backend developers, particularly those with experience in .NET and C#, to create seamless integrations and deliver end-to-end solutions.

Communication: Act as a key point of contact within the team, facilitating clear communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
