About the Role
The Creator Manager is responsible for owning end-to-end creator operations across paid media and organic social efforts. This role ensures that creators are sourced, briefed, managed, and delivered on time β with high-quality, on-brand assets that meet performance and storytelling needs.
This is an operational and relationship-driven role, not a strategy role. You will work closely with Creative Strategists, Junior Strategists, and Organic Social leads to execute creator-led content smoothly, consistently, and at scale.
The goal of this role is to remove friction from the creator pipeline so creative and strategy teams can focus on performance, messaging, and growth.
π₯ Creator Sourcing & Talent Management
Source UGC and creator talent using platforms like Brkaway and other creator networks
Maintain a vetted, organized creator roster across paid media and organic social needs
Match creators to briefs based on brand, tone, platform, and content requirements
Build positive, professional relationships with creators to support long-term collaboration
π¬ Creator Communication & Coordination
Manage all creator communication end-to-end, including:
Outreach and onboarding
Brief delivery and clarification
Deadlines and deliverable expectations
Follow-ups and reminders
Ensure creators clearly understand briefs, content requirements, and brand guidelines
Proactively flag risks, delays, or misalignment to internal teams
π¦ Deliverables, Deadlines & Quality Control
Set and manage creator deliverables, timelines, and submission requirements
Monitor submissions to ensure assets are:
Complete
High-quality
On-brief
Delivered on time
Coordinate reshoots, corrections, missing lines, or pronunciation fixes as needed
Ensure creators submit footage in the correct formats and specs for paid and organic use
π Contracts, Invoicing & Asset Tracking
Coordinate creator contracts, usage terms, and approvals
Ensure invoicing details are clear, accurate, and submitted on time
Track asset delivery status and usage rights across paid and organic channels
Partner with internal teams to ensure assets are stored, labeled, and accessible
π€ Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with:
Creative Strategists
Junior Creative Strategists
Organic Social Managers
Paid Media teams
Ensure creator outputs align with strategic intent, brand voice, and platform needs
Support both paid and organic pipelines without owning creative strategy or messaging decisions
β Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience managing UGC creators or influencer partnerships
Strong organizational and project management skills
Clear, confident written communication
Familiarity with short-form video content (TikTok, Reels, Shorts)
Ability to manage multiple creators and deadlines simultaneously
Comfort enforcing standards, deadlines, and expectations professionally
