Designer
This is a 12-month fixed term contract to cover parental leave.
You will be joining at an exciting time as we are in the process of re-branding from Ardonagh Advisory, part of the Ardonagh Group, to Everywhen. A new name in the market but a long established business, you will champion Everywhen to achieve its goals by designing and delivering creative assets in support of strategic business priorities, events, advertising, brand, employee engagement and other marketing activity.
Purpose of the role:
Working as a member of the Creative Services team, this role creates bespoke design relating to the Everywhen business brands. This is a hands-on busy role which requires enthusiasm, the ability to multi-task, manage and drive your own workload and influence stakeholders, to achieve challenging business results.
Key role accountabilities:
The role will report to the Brand Design Manager - Everywhen and will primarily be responsible for:
Enhancing and protecting the Everywhen businesses visual brands across all internal and external channels and events, advising stakeholders on best use and providing necessary assets to ensure high quality, professional representation of the business with key audiences.
Support the businesses to deliver all internal and external marketing activity through the delivery of high-quality creative design.
Deliver high quality creative and design across all channels.
Be a guardian of the Everywhen business brands, ensuring correct brand, tone and guidelines are used, both online and offline.
Provide bespoke design for business tenders as required, working to clear SLA’s and deliver the required support to achieve business objectives, financial targets and delivers the objectives of the brief.
Take ownership of all branded collateral you create ensuring all materials and assets are high quality, creative and accurately represent the brand.
Support central functions and the segments with branding exercises across new systems, documents, and other related activity.
What experience do you need?
You will be an experienced Designer with a degree in Graphic Design or a related field or market experience for a number of years. You will bring expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud Software, MS Office and be able to present to colleagues and stakeholders with ease. If you have animation, video editing and/or motions graphics experience that would be beneficial but not essential.

Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design and aesthetics whilst having clear communication and presentation skills.
Must be an excellent planner and self-sufficient in order to manage a varied and fast-moving workload.
Demonstrate strong motivational and communication skills for stakeholder management.
Have good understanding of project management to include planning, development and delivery of initiatives, with the ability to work on multiple projects at once whilst remaining calm under pressure.
