
Sr Associate, HR Business Partner
Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administrator to support the execution of core HR processes while acting as a trusted partner to employees and managers. This role will operate as an early-career HR Business Partner, providing day-to-day HR support, ensuring operational excellence, and contributing to key people initiatives across the employee lifecycle.
This position blends hands-on HR administration with exposure to HRBP and Talent Acquisition processes, making it ideal for someone looking to grow their career in HR.
Responsibilities
Facilitate and execute core HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, job changes, and employee documentation
Support HRIS transactional items and ensure employee changes are processed appropriately, accurately, and timely
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and employment regulations
Support audits and maintain strong data integrity across systems
Serve as a first point of contact for employees and managers, providing guidance on HR policies,
processes, and general inquiries
Support employee lifecycle activities including promotions, transfers, and organizational updates
Apply company policies and procedures to resolve routine to moderately complex issues, escalating when appropriate
Assist with employee relations matters through documentation, tracking, and coordination
Manage offboarding processes, including system access removal and exit documentation
Support employee engagement initiatives, events, and internal programs
Analyze data and trends to support HR and business decision-making
Contribute to reporting and analysis for HR initiatives and leadership review
Support key HR initiatives such as performance cycles, engagement surveys, and policy rollouts
Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and workflows
Assist with HR systems updates and process documentation
Projects, innovations, creative problem solving, not only for client groups but for entire organization
Build strong working relationships across HR, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, IT, and Finance
Collaborate to resolve issues and support day-to-day operations
Qualifications
Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS/ATS platforms
Comfortable working with data and generating basic reports and analysis

Actual salary may vary depending on job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, and location. The pay range for this role is:
81,300 - 101,600 USD per year (US)
