Sr. Hubspot Administrator - Sales Hub

We are looking for an experienced Hubspot CRM Administrator to join our growing Sales Ops Team. Serving as the technical expert and owner of our Hubspot Sales Hub, you will support two separate sales organizations with a focus on rebuilding key foundational processes as well as scaling existing processes to support our aggressive growth plans. Reporting into the Director of Sales Operations, you will work closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing Operations, and other stakeholders to help bring our vision to life.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage end-to-end infrastructure of ezCater’s Hubspot platform as well as other 3rd party sales enablement tools.

  • Triage inbound tickets from sales teams working to add ad hoc fields and functionality and fix broken processes.

  • Develop, implement, and improve new processes to support an evolving sales organization.

  • Conduct cadenced system audits to ensure processes are working appropriately and data can be 100% trusted.

  • Work with stakeholders to develop and manage robust lead and account assignment system.

  • Address identified gaps in cross-team collaboration processes with a bias towards automation.

What You Have:

  • 3+ years of CRM Admin experience, specifically managing the Hubspot platform

  • Proven ability to work with multiple go-to-market sales teams.

  • Experience developing new workflows to bridge sales with supporting operations teams.

  • Experience working with sprint-based workflows

  • Salesforce experience a plus

$92,000 - $112,000
