The Director of Supply Chain Data & Systems will join our S/C team and be responsible for defining the data required for each parts category and engage with engineering and S/C teams to set priorities and optimize their efforts driving product and supplier onboarding. This new Director will also work with eCommerce, business, and technology stakeholders across the organization to ensure optimal use and delivery of parts data.
Develop and execute our Supply Chain Data strategy
Prepare and analyze data requirements for engineering, growth, and content teams
Design and execute plans to onboard and create high-priority eCommerce content
Manage a team required to execute programs and operational tasking
Measure the ongoing effectiveness of programs against metrics and management targets
Develop ongoing enhancement/optimization strategies based on analytics and supplier feedback
Coordinate final decisions on data content requirements for all aspects of Product Data
Ensure clear communication to internal partners around data requirements
Learn and report on best practices, industry standards, and legal requirements associated with each category
Shape the strategic and operational direction of the team by optimizing workflows to improve automation and internal operations and improve the quality of data
Minimum five years of experience in the digital content/eCommerce data/supply chain
Proven experience working on cross-functional teams
Deep understanding of supply chain data and analytics
Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills
Ability to lead and manage cross-functionally
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a respected university

"The US base salary range for this full-time position is $125,000-175,000+ bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
