Ecommerce Lead (int'l applicant welcome)

Lead all Ecommerce efforts within marketing team of scaling D2C brand. Rapidly hiring and looking for someone to support our Marketing team as we expand. Int’l candidates are welcome to apply!!

  • Drive growth through creative thinking, compelling data-driven insights, test-and-learn methodology, and rapid execution.

  • Develop conversion and user experience strategies that are rooted in data and consumer behavior analysis that are aligned to objectives and measurable goals.

  • Create comprehensive and well-informed strategic plans for clients to optimize campaigns through audience segmentation, consumer behaviors, site analytics, and customer journey analysis.

  • Build and execute iterative paid landing page test strategy and analysis to improve metrics such as website conversion rate and ROI on ad spend

  • Create briefs, and work with design and dev teams to build experiments on the website

  • QA test and control landing pages to provide a consistent and error free website experience

  • Communicate design concepts through sketches, wireframes, and low-fidelity prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.

  • Strong grasp of key digital marketing functions and practices such as PPC, SEO, social, email, and lifecycle marketing.
