
Digital Project Manager
About the role:
The Digital Producer is an integral part of the Fishawack Digital Team, playing a key role in planning and managing digital projects that drive audience engagement and/or business solutions for our healthcare clients, including websites, marketing automation programs, digital sales tools and emerging technologies. The Digital Producer is responsible for ensuring timely delivery of projects that are in line Fishawack’s quality standards, and continually pushes our solutions further. This person will work directly with the Account Services, Strategy, Project Management, Creative, Development and Media teams to recommend digital/technology solutions, build project scope and requirements, develop project estimates and schedules, identify and coordinate internal and external resources, own and development requirements, and provide hands-on project management and QA/QC coordination as well as ensure overall project quality and measurement of success (reporting).
At Fishawack you will be joining a global technology team of Technology Solution Architects, Digital Producers, Tech Leads, UI/UX Designers, Marketing Automation Specialists and Developers who are passionate about developing incredible digital work for our clients. On our team you will need to be able to work collaboratively with project management, creative and account teams, while also being able to work independently to plan and support the development team with the delivery requirements of projects. As the technology deliverable owner, attention to detail and a solution-oriented mindset are critical, while also being able to contribute to our culture of discovery, new ideas, and support.
This role will report into the VP of Digital Services and will be expected to quickly adopt and advocate for our department standards, processes, quality and culture. As a key collaborator with other departments and client IT teams, collaboration, a solution-oriented mindset and ability to navigate dynamic personalities with sometimes competing priorities, is critical for this role.

What you’ll do
Lead discussions between business areas, Technology Solution Architects and Dev Leads to define project needs and plan
Serve as solution/project technology point of contact among internal teams (and if necessary, directly with clients) to understand project goals, gather project needs, specifications and to define project scope
Serve as technology/digital team quarterback, engaging the right capabilities and team members on a case by case basis
Assist account and project management teams with the development of project estimates and schedules
Work with the Technology Solution Architect to identify requirements and resource considerations
Work with Dev Lead to define dev approach, dev task details, security and response plans
Support detailed solution/project plans, monitor the production/development practices and adherence to the schedule
Work with Producers and other Dev Leads in assigning resources and flag resource concerns or bottlenecks
Setup project tasks within team project management tool and maintain task management and resource assignment within tool
Identify and recommend opportunities for analytics tracking, improved UX design, and/or media integration across all projects
Champion ADA Compliance standards for all projects
Assist account and project management in managing project budget, while maintaining quality standards
Ensure the tracking of production/development team hours and expenses
Task manage digital design and developer resources
Attend client meetings throughout all phases of projects as needed
Manage the relationship with 3rd party resources on behalf of team
Prepare deliverables for reviews and quality assurance procedures
Orchestrate QA/QC tracking and approvals
Ensure proper project documentation
Assist account team with project status reporting as needed
About you:
3-5 years of project management experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Experience project planning frontend and backend tasks for fully integrated solutions
Experience managing projects with both internal and external development teams
Ability to identify priorities when working on several high-priority projects simultaneously
Solid grasp of principles of project management for web/multimedia and understanding of the lifecycle of web/application and digital media projects
Understanding of emerging UX trends and best practices, including ADA compliance standards
Basic understanding of Google Analytics and reporting planning
Understanding of SEO principles
High attention to detail
Active interest in trends involving Consumer Engagement, Emerging Technologies, UX, Digital Media, Social Media and Ecommerce
