We are looking for a FP&A Associate to add to our already incredible team. You will have an unique opportunity to support FitXR’s rapid growth at the intersection of technology and health.
This high-impact, highly visibility and expansive role is critical in our execution and planning of long-term strategy and you will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team.

Where you’ll spend your time
Lead forecasting and planning processes to understand key trends, variance drivers, and risks and opportunities
Support strategic planning and scenario analysis in both growth and cost
Collaborate with Accounting team on monthly close process
Establish business relationships across the organization and grow into a strategic thought partner with cross functional-teams
Analyze strategic initiatives and provide data-driven recommendations
Review existing processes and structures to assist in the identification of improvement opportunities with a focus on simplification, standardization and optimization
We’d love to see from you
2-4+ years of professional experience, ideally in a mix of professional services (Investment Banking / Big 4 Corporate Finance / Management Consulting), and highly analytical roles at a fast-growing company (FP&A / Strategic Finance / BizOps)
Deeply knowledgeable about financial statement analysis, including advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
Effective communicator with both internal and external stakeholders, including proficiency in PowerPoint / Google Slides
Intellectually curious, passion for growth, and appetite for healthy discussions with radical candor
Motivated by the opportunity to help the world feel better and more powerful through movement, and shape the future of the next computing platform
A nice-to-have would be experience with additional analytical tools and techniques such as dbt, python, and R
