TLDR

We are looking for a FP&A Associate to add to our already incredible team. You will have an unique opportunity to support FitXR’s rapid growth at the intersection of technology and health.

This high-impact, highly visibility and expansive role is critical in our execution and planning of long-term strategy and you will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team.

Where you’ll spend your time

• Lead forecasting and planning processes to understand key trends, variance drivers, and risks and opportunities

• Support strategic planning and scenario analysis in both growth and cost

• Collaborate with Accounting team on monthly close process

• Establish business relationships across the organization and grow into a strategic thought partner with cross functional-teams

• Analyze strategic initiatives and provide data-driven recommendations

• Review existing processes and structures to assist in the identification of improvement opportunities with a focus on simplification, standardization and optimization

We’d love to see from you

• 2-4+ years of professional experience, ideally in a mix of professional services (Investment Banking / Big 4 Corporate Finance / Management Consulting), and highly analytical roles at a fast-growing company (FP&A / Strategic Finance / BizOps)

• Deeply knowledgeable about financial statement analysis, including advanced Excel and financial modeling skills

• Effective communicator with both internal and external stakeholders, including proficiency in PowerPoint / Google Slides

• Intellectually curious, passion for growth, and appetite for healthy discussions with radical candor

• Motivated by the opportunity to help the world feel better and more powerful through movement, and shape the future of the next computing platform

• A nice-to-have would be experience with additional analytical tools and techniques such as dbt, python, and R
