We are looking for someone to maintain the company books through Quickbooks online. This candidate will need book keeping experience, attention to detail and a passion for start ups.

We are looking for someone who has experience in a retail and/or Ecommerce business. This position will require you to keep accurate track of all transactions within our business.

What you will do

Recording all transactions in company general ledger
Working with our CPA to review reconciliations
Working with executive teams to prepare monthly financial statements
Working with executive team to maintain and update company forecasts
Supporting executive team with planning, organization and scheduling

Technical Requirements

Experience using Quick Books
Strong Microsoft Excel abilities
Experience in either a retail or ecommerce business in the book keeping function
Extremely detail oriented and structured
Entrepreneurial mindset with abilities to problem solve
Passion for quality systems, efficiency and innovation
Education – Bachelors Degree
