Role:

As our People and Culture Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping FreedX's high-performance culture and setting up the strategy from the ground up. You will partner closely with leadership to develop and execute strategies aligned with our rapid growth and ambitious goals. This role demands a strategic thinker, a hands-on mentality and someone who can navigate the complexities of a dynamic, crypto-native environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement organizational strategies that enhance inclusion, engagement, transparency and accountability

  • Function as a strategic partner and business advisor to leadership to drive workforce excellence and productivity

  • Develop operational plans and policies that focus on talent attraction, employee retention, development and progress

  • Develop and implement performance assessment and management systems to drive employee development, recognition and goal achievement

  • Initiate and implement strategic projects that foster high-performance culture and strong employer brand

  • Develop employee grading systems and practices to ensure fairness in terms of compensation structure

  • Utilize HR data to inform strategic decisions and measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an People an Culture Leader in a fast-paced, high-growth tech startup, crypto or financial services company.

  • Previous experience in building performance assessment and grading systems in complex organizations.

  • Strong understanding of cryptocurrency market dynamics (very desirable) and the challenges of a global workforce (Employment of Record etc)

  • Experience in building and scaling People and Culture functions in a startup environment.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
