Graphic Designer
Responsibilities
Job Type: Part-Time / Hourly Note: this is an on-demand, hourly position.
Lead the creation of graphic design (static and video) for various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, etc
Design and create visual and motion graphics for various digital marketing projects
Ensure the design follow the set design policies and best practices
Navigates and manages design tools and assets
Submits the needed output on time
Communicate with team members and shareholders the best practices of graphic design
Requirements
At least 2 years of proven work experience in creating high-impact, unique graphic designs
Ability to clearly and effectively articulate insights and recommended actions.
Strong levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation.
Must be able to create static and video assets
Must be familiar with paid social ads (Facebook, Instagram, Google, Pinterest, TikTok) and the specs of each (1:1 feed ads, 9:16 stories ads, carousel ads, etc.)
Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills. Must be able to follow briefing instructions and adhere to any client design guidelines given
Must be able to work with tight deadlines (speed is an asset here!)
Proficiency in graphic design tools. Must be comfortable with InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects (Adobe design platforms)
Must have experience working with Google Slides\ We are a remote team, so it is crucial that you are able to work and communicate efficiently (and often) using our task management and communication systems: Slack and ClickUp. Candidates should be fluent in both verbal and written English and the candidate should have good communication skills. Must be proficient in reading and writing English without errors.
