We are looking for a Sales/Email Marketing Manager to take full ownership of our email ecosystem and outbound/inbound marketing operations, from strategy and execution to automation, HubSpot, and revenue impact.
Role Overview
This is a high-ownership, hands-on role at the intersection of email marketing, inbound content, and revenue operations.
You will own email strategy and lifecycle execution while building scalable inbound/outbound and marketing automation systems. You will work closely with Sales, RevOps, Content, and Design to ensure inbound leads are qualified, activated, and converted into revenue.
This role is ideal for someone who is structured, proactive, revenue-minded, and confident using AI tools in daily workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Email Marketing & Lifecycle
Own and execute the full email marketing strategy: newsletters, lifecycle campaigns, nurture flows, re-engagement, product and community updates
Segment audiences and optimize for opens, replies, meetings, and lead-to-sales conversion
Establish a consistent, structured email cadence across all key segments
Use AI tools to improve personalization, automation, and campaign efficiency
Inbound & Revenue Marketing
Build and scale SEO-driven inbound content focused on high-intent, revenue keywords
Create and optimize blog posts, landing pages, lead magnets, and solution / comparison pages
Activate and monetize the contact database through lifecycle-based automation
Align with Sales on lead qualification, handoff, and sales-readiness signals
The main goal is to bring leads to sales team
HubSpot & Marketing Operations
Own HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub setup, including:
Lifecycle stages, properties, lead scoring
Workflows, lists, and marketing automation
Data hygiene and CRM structure
Support and plan CRM migrations when needed
Track and report on outbound/inbound leads, pipeline, and revenue contribution
Cross-functional Collaboration
Create clear briefs for content and design teams to ensure quality and consistency at scale
Manage campaign calendars and execution timelines
Continuously improve processes and marketing operations
Requirements
4+ years of experience in B2B inbound/outbound, email, or revenue marketing
Strong hands-on experience with email marketing and automation
Proven ability to generate leads through SEO-driven content
Solid experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub
Revenue-focused mindset with a strong understanding of funnels and conversions
Confidence using AI tools for content, optimization, and automation
