Senior Writer, AI & Emerging Tech

globe. We help builders, creators, and lifelong learners master the future of AI. Our platform 
spans media, education, tools, and events. Now, we’re looking for a Senior Writer to help shape 
the voice that powers it all.

What this role is all about: 

You live and breathe social media and breaking news. You’ve got a sharp point of view and a 
radar for what matters, whether it’s a model release, a startup launch, or a cultural shift. You 
don’t just follow the AI conversation: you spark it. 
We’re looking for someone who can connect the dots across the tech and AI landscape and 
write with urgency, clarity, and authority. You’ll help millions make sense of the moment and stay 
ahead of what’s coming next. 
 

What you’ll do: 

●  Own our day-to-day editorial coverage across newsletters, social, and blog 
●  Write with speed and clarity about AI news, product drops, developer tools, and startups 
●  Spot breakout stories and shape them into scroll-stopping, shareable content 
●  Bring a bold, thoughtful POV to emerging tech and the people building it 
●  Create across formats: threads, explainers, deep dives, carousels, rundowns 
●  Collaborate with content, brand, and marketing teams to keep messaging sharp and 
aligned 
●  Uphold and evolve our editorial standards and voice 
●  Pitch new ideas, experiment with formats, and contribute to content franchises 


What we’re looking for: 

- 4+ years as a writer, editor, or journalist covering tech, startups, or AI 
- Native-level English with exceptional clarity, flow, and style 
- Deep knowledge of the AI and emerging tech ecosystem (labs, models, dev trends) 
- Fluency in multiple formats, from sharp social posts to long-form explainers 
- A track record of writing content that gets read, shared, and remembered 
- Familiarity with key players in tech and startup culture (founders, researchers, 
creators) 
- Impeccable news judgment and timing, you know how to catch a wave and own a 
moment 
- Comfortable with editorial tools (Notion, Figma, CMS, AI tools, etc.) 
- Strong sense of voice, audience, and purpose 
- Curious, creative, and fearless about putting ideas into the world
