🔧 The position

Network integrations is at the core of Gigs’ offering and we are seeking an experienced and technically proficient Product Manager to take our growing Network Integrations team to the next level. This role involves a focus on launching new telecom providers on Gigs, both in existing and new geographies. To succeed, you must be able to work independently, efficiently, and possess a strong technical background as well as have some regulatory understanding. Resilience and high motivation to push projects forward is also critical to success in this role.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and managing network integrations, including liaising with telecom providers.

• Prioritizing and driving value in our network expansion.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, telecom, business development and customer success.

• Strategically expanding our services to new countries.

In terms of activities this might manifest itself as:

• Engaging in technical discussions with telecom providers and engineering teams.

• Conducting in-depth market research for new country launches.

• Writing detailed specifications for network integration features.

• Ensuring efficient and timely execution of network expansion projects.

• Documenting and maintaining records of integrations and expansions.

How you know you’ll be successful:

• Successfully launching integrations with telecom providers.

• Expanding our service footprint to new countries.

• Enhancing the technical capabilities of our network integrations.

• Helping to drive volume through our network integrations.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

• Excellent project management and communication skills. You’ve successfully managed several complicated integrations with third parties.

• At least 5 years of experience in product management

• Strong technical background, ideally in engineering or a related field.

• Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.

• Excellent problem-solving skills

Bonus points if:

• You have worked in the telecommunications space before

• You managed a portfolio of integrations previously

• You expanded highly regulated products into new countries previously
