Senior Graphic Designer
We are currently hiring a Senior Graphic designer to represent life-changing causes, products, and organizations along with the Givelify brand by creating world-class digital, print, and physical assets.

As a Senior Graphic Designer, you can lead design initiatives, imagine novel solutions, and work cohesively with other teams across the company. You are well-versed throughout the design process, from strategy and concept to final delivery in digital, print, and physical assets. You can effectively manage multiple projects by communicating and collaborating with project management and other stakeholders, and you deliver high-quality output on time.
You have an eye for aesthetics and know how to express concepts through stunning visuals. You believe that design can be used to inspire people to do more good in the world.
As Givelify’s Senior Graphic Designer, you will get to:
Set and communicate the design direction for projects by facilitating design strategy conversations with stakeholders, teammates, and creative leadership
Create stunning designs for a large audience across digital, print, and physical mediums that support Givelify’s strategic objectives
Personally know and represent Givelify’s customers, audiences, value propositions, and business strategy in your designs
Champion the Givelify brand in your designs
Contribute to elevating design at Givelify through mentoring, thought leadership, and supporting functional design objectives
Partner frequently with project managers, marketers, business stakeholders, and creative leadership
Your experience:
Bachelor’s degree
4+ years of demonstrated experience (please submit portfolio or link to work)
3+ years of experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
Contemporary, user-centric design aesthetic with an eye for typography, color palettes, and layout hierarchy
Ability to manage and work on multiple projects simultaneously and be flexible with changing demands
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Experience working cross-functionally
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
Excellent organization, planning, execution & time management skills
