Glorious is seeking a talented 2D & 3D Generalist with consumer product experience in animation. This is not a gaming or character animation role.

Annual salary:

$50,000 - 65,000 USD doe

The Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled 3D Artist/Animator to join our team, focused on creating visually stunning animations to showcase our computer peripheral products. The ideal candidate will have experience using V-Ray, 3Dmax, Maya, Houdini, and/or Blender to create visually stunning, creative and unique animation sequences, product demonstrations and/or marketing materials. The position works in close collaboration with the content production studio and the marketing team to support product launches and marketing campaigns..

Responsibilities:

Some of the duties that will be expected of this position include, but are not limited to the following:

• Create high-quality 3D animation assets and sequences for product demonstrations and marketing materials

• Adapt to and translate current art style and brand direction into 3D content

• Collaborate with the design, product marketing, and advertising teams to ensure animation meets project requirements

• Collaborate with Creative team and Photographer/Videographer to create dynamic visual stories

• Maintain and troubleshoot existing animation assets and systems

• Keep current with industry trends and techniques

• Participate in project reviews and provide constructive feedback

• Meet project deadlines within budget

Requirements

These must be met to be considered for this role:

• 3+ years of experience in animation for film, television, advertising and/or consumer products

• Advanced degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience

• Professional proficiency in 3DSMax, V-Ray, Houdini, and/or Blender

• Strong understanding of animation principles and techniques

• A portfolio showcasing relevant animation work for consumer products
