The GoFundMe team is searching for a Director to define and drive the overarching global Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEIB) strategy and be responsible for company-wide programming to support strategic aims.
The Job…
Oversee and coordinate DEIB efforts across the company, partnering with People Operations, Communications, Learning & Development, and Leadership.
Responsible for the support, resourcing and growth of GoFundMe’s Employee Resource Groups.
Partner with People Operations to strengthen tools, resources and standard operating procedures for inclusive hiring and retention initiatives.
Work with executive management to create and implement an appropriate budget for programmatic support.

Have prior experience creating and delivering organization-wide and scalable successful DEIB talent programs, including experience in program design, development, management, measurement, and evaluation.
Maintain knowledge of current diversity-related issues, legislation, and standard methodologies.
Expert and agile in developing trusted relationships at all levels of an organization including the ability to influence senior level talent through conversations that lead to transformation.
Excellent decision making skills, a bias for action, creative problem solving, and ability to juggle competing priorities with a focus on timely execution and follow through.
Strong discernment coupled with emotional intelligence and cultural cohesiveness: you understand the key drivers and dynamics of a high growth technology business.
