Content Marketing Manager

GPI (Global Product Insights AG) i is evolving into a next-generation, AI-enabled platform transforming how the world's leading brands understand product experience. We help R&D, Marketing, and Consumer Insights teams move beyond fragmented, slow-moving research by delivering real-world, in-context consumer data at a global scale.

Content is a core revenue driver at GPI β€” not a support function. We are looking for an experienced Content Marketing Manager who brings deep B2B marketing expertise, strong visual sensibility, and a genuine enthusiasm for using AI tools to work smarter and faster.

This is not an AI engineering role. It is a role for a skilled, strategic content professional who uses AI tools to amplify their craft β€” producing more, iterating faster, and maintaining consistent quality across every channel and format. You will own the content engine for Marketing and Sales, from brand storytelling to sales sequences, and every asset in between.

 

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Planning

  • Own content strategy across awareness, consideration, and decision stages, aligned to pipeline and revenue goals

  • Translate GPI's complex platform capabilities into clear, compelling narratives for key personas: R&D leaders, Consumer Insights teams, Sensory professionals, and Innovation managers

  • Partner with Growth and Sales to ensure content directly supports deal progression, win rates, and sales cycle acceleration

  • Maintain a high-impact editorial calendar tied to product launches, campaigns, events, and sales priorities β€” delivering assets on time even when timelines compress

 

Content Development β€” Written & Visual

Produce high-quality content across all formats with AI tools as a key production accelerant:

  • Thought leadership: blog posts, POVs, whitepapers, and industry commentary

  • Sales enablement: case studies, one-pagers, battle cards, pitch decks, and proposal templates

  • Demand generation: email nurture sequences, landing pages, LinkedIn content, and paid ad copy

  • Sales outreach: prospecting sequences, follow-up cadences, and personalized outreach templates for the Sales team

  • Visual assets: social graphics, infographics, presentation templates, and lightweight video content using AI-assisted design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Express, Runway)



AI-Assisted Production

  • Use generative AI tools (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT, Jasper) to draft, repurpose, and scale content output across formats

  • Build reusable prompt frameworks, content briefs, and templates that maintain brand voice and quality at scale

  • Apply strong editorial judgment to all AI-assisted output β€” ensuring accuracy, brand alignment, and human authenticity

  • Continuously evaluate new AI tools for writing, design, and video to improve production efficiency and meet demanding campaign deadlines

 

Performance & Optimization

  • Own content performance metrics: traffic, engagement, SEO rankings, MQLs, pipeline contribution, and conversion rates

  • Use analytics to identify content gaps, optimize for search intent, and double down on high-performing themes

  • Track sales sequence performance (open rates, reply rates, meeting bookings) in partnership with Sales

 

Requirements

  • 3–5 years in B2B content marketing, ideally in enterprise SaaS, data, or AI platforms

  • Proven track record creating content that supports sales-led GTM motions β€” not just brand awareness or traffic

  • Strong writing portfolio demonstrating ability to simplify complex, technical products and write across the full buyer journey

  • Hands-on experience with visual content creation: social graphics, infographics, decks, and simple video assets

  • Comfortable using AI writing and design tools as a regular part of your workflow β€” not just occasionally

  • Experience writing or collaborating on sales outreach sequences and email cadences

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, meet tight deadlines, and maintain quality under pressure in a fast-moving startup environment

 

Skills

  • Strong editorial instincts β€” knows when AI-generated content needs a human rewrite

  • SEO fundamentals: keyword strategy, intent mapping, on-page optimization, internal linking

  • Content analytics and performance tracking

  • Visual design proficiency: Canva, Adobe Express, Figma, or equivalent

  • Familiarity with sales engagement platforms (e.g. Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo, HubSpot Sequences)


Bonus

  • Experience marketing to CPG, Consumer Insights, R&D, or Sensory audiences

  • Background in consumer goods, market research, or food & beverage industries

  • Light video production or motion graphics capability

  • Experience with prompt engineering or building structured prompt frameworks for generative AI tools
