The Role

We’re looking for an Editor who is a team player—intrinsically motivated, creative, whip-smart, talented, open to feedback, and proactive. A sense of humor is a plus!

📍 This is a fully remote position.

What You’ll Do

• Work directly with a team of editors to deliver high-quality SEO content in a fast-paced environment

• Meet monthly deliverable deadlines

• Edit up to 80 articles per month on a variety of topics, ensuring grammar, keywords, voice, style, flow, organization, and development to create compelling content

• Develop a deep understanding of clients’ style guides, editorial guidelines, and overall SEO expectations

• Manage 4–5 writers as they each craft 10–20 articles per month

• Provide constructive and timely feedback to writers, emphasizing lifelong learning and growth

What You’ll Need

• 3+ years of experience writing and/or editing articles in a journalism or SEO content setting

• Strong capacity for both logical and creative thinking

• Excellent time management skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task/prioritize

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
