Payor Partnership Support Associate

What You’ll Be Doing: 

We’re looking for a first class Payor Partnership Support Associate who is passionate about improving the landscape for mental healthcare. This position will help directly improve our relationships with our payor partners and clients. You will be responsible for all aspects of intake and support related communications and resolutions. You will work with a remote team of 6-8 teammates and report directly to a Team Lead on our Payor Partnership team.  From day one, you’ll get exposure to what it’s like to build a business from the ground-up and you’ll be able to drive real impact.

 Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Answer live calls, emails and live chats from our payor partner clients within our team SLAs

  • Retain clients by rematching those who had an unfavorable experience

  • Booking appointments for clients and care coordinators

  • Ensure patient data in software is correct and most up to date, contacting the appropriate person for any inconsistencies

  • Complete outbound calls to prospective and existing clients

  • Stay current and up to date with any new workflows or partnerships Grow participates in

  • Meet with manager to discuss QA, accept feedback and improve communications

Salary range: Starting rate is set at $20/hour - 1099 temp to hire

  • Bonus points if you have a track record of at least one year of successful customer-facing professional experience
