Job Description
Her Campus Media is seeking a Community Management Associate to join our team fulltime to support the day-to-day expansion, management and engagement of our influencer communities, including the InfluenceHer Collective, College Fashionista, and Campus Trendsetters.
The opportunity can be held remotely and offers the ability to get meaningful community management experience with active, engaged communities, and mentor passionate student leaders and up-and-coming content creators and influencers. The associate will play a key role in a variety of projects with the ultimate goal of building a sense of community among our members and with the brands both online and IRL.
The ideal candidate has a strategic, innovative work ethic, is enthusiastic about fostering relationships and empowering students to make meaningful progress in their areas of interest, and has a keen attention to detail and an undeniable passion for community-building and the influencer industry.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Serve as the main point of contact for current and former members of the InfluenceHer Collective, Campus Trendsetters and College Fashionista communities
Lead day-to-day community management and retention efforts for the InfluenceHer Collective, Campus Trendsetters and College Fashionista communities
Write and package weekly newsletters, regular reports and surveys for the InfluenceHer Collective, Campus Trendsetters and College Fashionista communities
Oversee the evaluation of new member applications and the new member onboarding process for the InfluenceHer Collective, Campus Trendsetters and College Fashionista communities
Execute strategic, innovative programming, resources and incentives for the InfluenceHer Collective, Campus Trendsetters and College Fashionista communities as led by Community Leadership
Manage the social media groups for InfluenceHer Collective, Campus Trendsetters and College Fashionista communities and social accounts for InfluenceHer Collective and Campus Trendsetters
Update and maintain internal databases with key information for InfluenceHer Collective, Campus Trendsetters and College Fashionista communities, including information about Alumni of Campus Trendsetters and College Fashionista
Manage interns
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (or other college degree) preferred
InfluenceHer Collective, Campus Trendsetters or College Fashionista experience preferred
Strong interest in community building, mentorship and the influencer industry
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Rigorous attention to detail and eye for design
Superior organizational abilities and time management skills
Strategic self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and juggle multiple projects without close management and supervision
Fluency with social media and typical office technology and software; knowledge of Canva, Google Workspace, Mailchimp and Wufoo a plus
