International Growth Analyst

About the Position
As our International Growth Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving data-informed decisions to support Holafly’s growth across all global markets. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, proficiency in Python and SQL, and a passion for uncovering insights through data. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll transform data into strategies that propel Holafly toward market leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis and Opportunity Discovery
Analyze large datasets using Python and SQL to uncover trends and opportunities across global markets.
Conduct both quantitative and qualitative research to identify potential growth areas.
Support strategic decision-making with actionable insights.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting
Develop and automate weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports.
Use data visualization tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI to create dashboards that track key metrics and performance trends.
Provide actionable recommendations to improve campaigns and market strategies.
Goal Support and Alignment
Collaborate with marketing teams (paid, affiliates, SEO) to define measurable goals.
Ensure that strategies and goals align with Holafly’s international growth objectives.
Building Foundations and Processes
Design and implement scalable workflows for data analysis and reporting.
Establish methodologies to support consistent and efficient international growth operations
What We’re Looking For
Experience: 2+ years in data analysis, growth strategy, or marketing analytics roles, preferably in tech or e-commerce.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python and SQL for data extraction, analysis, and automation.
Preferred Tools: Familiarity with analytics platforms like GA4, Adobe Analytics, or similar tools is a plus.
Marketing Understanding: Knowledge of digital marketing strategies (paid media, affiliate marketing, SEO) is beneficial but not mandatory.
Data Visualization: Experience with Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent is preferred.
Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented and proactive approach.
Communication: Ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights for stakeholders.
Language Skills: Fluent in English (written and spoken) for effective collaboration across global teams.
