Position Overview
We are seeking a talented and passionate Product Operations Manager to join our growing team on a full-time basis. This role on the Product team at Hone Health will serve as a key bridge between the Product, Engineering, and Operations teams at Hone.
Responsibilities
Build strong relationships with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams at Hone Health to really understand our business and how various departments work together to build products and deliver high-quality customer experiences.
Help our Product team identify and launch successful projects by supporting customer and competitive/market research, data analysis to generate new insights from customer behavior, and product marketing.
Serve as an internal process consultant to identify, document, and improve our standard operating processes around product development, engineering development, and eng + operations joint efforts. Identify and streamline bottlenecks in our development processes through process, people, and tool changes.
Serve as program/project manager for major cross-team initiatives that span multiple departments and teams, helping the company stay focused, on-track, and unblocked.
Become a valued domain expert in our product development processes, tools and configuration systems, including consulting on or doing individual config changes and training new team members as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a related job field, such as Product Operations, consulting, business operations, project management, or product management.
Work examples of applying structured, analytical thinking to design or improve processes and technical systems.
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proven ability to drive/influence multiple teams to get things done in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with learning/understanding technical systems (from a non-engineer perspective), data analysis, consumer product research and insights, or product marketing or strategy would be a plus.
Prior experience with standard startup development processes (example: Agile development) and task management tools (example: Asana, JIRA) are helpful.
Compensation Range
$90K - $140K (depends on candidate experience)
