What You’ll Do

As a Lead Product Manager at Insider One, you will:

• Lead the product line together with Product Managers

• Recruit, onboard, and manage Product Managers, including performance monitoring, mentoring, and career development

• Plan and execute team growth by identifying hiring needs, defining roles, and scaling the product organization

• Support retention by maintaining strong communication, understanding team needs, and defining action plans

• Ensure new joiners across PMs, QA, Designers, and Developers are onboarded effectively

• Monitor market conditions and evolving customer requirements to develop strategies for growth

• Work closely with Product Design and Development teams to make tactical decisions and create innovative solutions

• Execute and monitor cross-functional product development projects

• Establish and maintain effective product development lifecycle processes

• Set, track, and deliver OKRs for the product, regularly reviewing goals and taking corrective actions

What You’ll Bring

• 3+ years of hands-on product management and 2+ years of team leadership experience

• Proven experience establishing strong working relationships in cross-functional environments

• Passion for great UX design and problem-solving

• Ability to manage complex initiatives in a self-driven manner

• Track record of delivering end-to-end, user-centered products

• Strong English and Turkish communication skills

• Ability to communicate with engineering teams on tactical technical decisions

• Prior hands-on experience with Agile Development
