Marketing Manager UK (m/f/d)

We are looking for a hands-on  Marketing Manager UK (m/f/d) to drive our growth in the enterprise market in the UK and Germany. In this role, you will be responsible for regional programs that build a qualified pipeline, strengthen our brand positioning, and contribute to acquiring new customers as part of a closely collaborating, cross-functional marketing team.
This role is a great fit if you can translate strategy into concrete action, enjoy working closely with the sales team, and are able to convincingly communicate the added value of complex, risk-oriented technologies to senior decision-makers in the enterprise environment.

What can you expect?

Demand Generation & Pipeline Growth

  • Conceptualization, implementation and continuous optimization of multi-channel demand generation campaigns for enterprise decision-makers in the areas of procurement, supply chain, sustainability, compliance and risk (UK & Germany)

  • Responsibility for and participation in email marketing programs (nurture, ABM, event promotion, lifecycle) in close collaboration with marketing operations and content teams to increase measurable performance.

  • Leading account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives for designated enterprise accounts in the UK and Germany in close coordination with sales and marketing.

  • Support in generating and accelerating opportunities through coordinated campaigns, targeted content, and sales enablement materials.

Events & Campaign Implementation

  • Planning and execution of webinars, in-person and virtual events, and executive briefings, tailored to UK and German target groups.

  • End-to-end responsibility for the success of events: promotional strategy, target group approach, registration performance and follow-up after the event.

  • Coordination of internal experts and external service providers to ensure high-quality and professionally implemented events.

  • Tracking, measurement and communication of the event impact on pipeline and revenue

Content for enterprise audiences

  • Creation and adaptation of content in various formats (e.g., emails, landing pages, blog articles) in English and German.

  • Translating complex or technical topics into clear, compelling messages that resonate with enterprise buyers.

Partnerships & Ecosystem Marketing

  • Identification and support of strategic partnerships in the UK market (e.g. technology partners, consultancies, industry associations, media)

  • Participation in co-marketing campaigns, joint webinars, and partner-driven demand generation initiatives.

What should you bring?

Experience & professional focus

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally with a focus on UK and German enterprise customers.

  • Experience in SaaS/technology companies or in the areas of procurement, supply chain, ESG/sustainability, risk or compliance

  • Proven responsibility for email marketing campaigns with measurable impact on the pipeline

  • Practical experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and close collaboration with enterprise sales teams.

  • Experience in supporting or independently conducting in-person and digital events

Technical / methodological skills

  • Safe handling of CRM and marketing automation platforms

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret performance data and translate it into concrete actions.

  • Experience in KPI-based work along pipeline and conversion metrics

  • Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written.

  • Confident collaboration with sales teams and senior stakeholders

  • Ability to clearly position marketing initiatives and establish cross-functional alignment
