About the role

We are looking for a Graphic Designer with 3–5 years of experience to support our marketing, sales, and brand teams with high-quality visual assets. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone comfortable working from established brand guidelines and delivering polished, professional design across presentations, digital assets, and video.

The designer will collaborate closely with marketing leadership and cross-functional teams in the U.S. and Europe, so fluent English and strong communication skills are essential. The position is based in Turkey (remote), with occasional in-office presence in Istanbul required. Must be able to work U.S. East Coast hours when necessary.

This role sits within the Marketing Team and reports to the Marketing Manager.

What you will do

• Follow brand guidelines to maintain high-quality presentations in PowerPoint and Google Slides

• Create digital assets such as brochures, case studies, white papers, ads, social graphics, and campaign imagery

• Produce and adapt designs using Canva for scalable, repeatable use across teams

• Edit and support short-form video content for marketing, sales, and events

• Work with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop required; Illustrator and Premiere Pro a plus)

• Apply brand guidelines consistently across all assets

• Prepare files for digital use, presentations, and basic print needs

• Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to turn briefs into clear visual outputs

• Manage multiple design requests while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality

• Think creatively to develop new content beyond initial requests

What we are looking for

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional graphic design experience

• Strong expertise in PowerPoint and Google Slides

• Strong expertise in Adobe Photoshop (Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro a plus)

• Strong expertise in Canva

• Video editing experience

• Experience creating decks, digital ads, marketing assets, and motion content

• Fluent English (spoken and written)

• Strong attention to detail and visual consistency

• Ability to take direction and execute efficiently

• Comfortable working remotely and aligning with U.S. East Coast hours

• Portfolio required with application

Nice to have

• Experience with B2B, SaaS, or technology companies

• Familiarity with brand systems and template creation

• Light motion graphics or animation experience

• Experience supporting fast-paced marketing teams

What this role is not

• Not a copywriting role (though must work confidently with English copy/layouts)

• Not a senior or strategic design leadership position

• Not a UX/UI or product designer role
