About the role

We are seeking highly skilled and motivated Machine Learning Engineers to develop Generative AI-powered solutions in supply chain analytics and deploy them as production systems used by retailers and enterprise customers. You will build scalable, robust software solutions, collaborate with data scientists, and productize GenAI features and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) systems using cutting-edge cloud, big data, and LLM technologies.

What you will do

Develop modular, secure, scalable, and reliable architecture and production artifacts
Contribute to all phases of development: architecting, prototyping, productizing, testing, and support
Drive modern software engineering practices through code/design reviews and DevOps principles
Stay updated on state-of-the-art technologies and conduct proof-of-concept studies
Understand business objectives and develop models with measurable metrics
Participate in design/code reviews and align on architectural decisions
Play an active role in the end-to-end ML lifecycle, from prototyping to deployment
Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services for ML models
Deploy Generative AI and traditional ML models into production with monitoring and scalability
Collaborate with data scientists to refine prompts for accurate AI outputs
Mentor junior developers through coaching and reviews

Qualifications

5+ years of work experience, including SaaS systems
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field
Strong coding skills in Python or other OO languages
Experience with relational (MSSQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases
Solid understanding of ML and data science concepts
Experience deploying end-to-end ML solutions and inference services
Proficiency with Python ML libraries (NumPy, Pandas, sklearn, mlflow, lightgbm, xgboost, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
Experience with Python backend frameworks (Flask, Django, FastAPI)
Familiarity with LLMs and Generative AI technologies
Ability to self-teach and manage ambiguity

Preferred qualifications:

Knowledge of Deep Learning (NLP, LLMs, Computer Vision)
Experience with big data solutions and distributed platforms
Familiarity with supply chain analytics (demand forecasting, inventory, price optimization)
Understanding of DevOps, MLOps, DataOps, and Platform Engineering
Knowledge of cloud services, containerization, serverless functions, orchestration frameworks
Experience with CI/CD and DevOps tools (Docker, Jenkins, Terraform)
