Who You Are

We're looking for a Senior QA Engineer with deep manual testing instincts. You'll be the person who finds what automated tests miss — exploring edge cases, thinking like a user, and pushing our clients' products to their limits before real users do. Automation is a tool in your kit, not the focus of the job. This is a high-ownership role for someone who takes pride in shipping software that actually works.

What You'll Do

Own manual testing across front-end and back-end systems for multiple client engagements
Design and execute thorough test plans, test cases, and exploratory testing sessions
Own regression testing and validate bug fixes end-to-end before releases ship
Perform root cause analysis to surface and document issues clearly for engineering teams
Partner with engineers, PMs, and designers to define quality standards from the start of each project
Document defects with precision and follow them through to resolution
Support the setup and maintenance of automated test scripts for repeatable workflows
Continuously raise the bar on QA processes across the team

Required Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on QA experience with a strong manual testing foundation
Proven ability to write detailed test plans, test cases, and bug reports
Experience working across web front-end and back-end systems
Familiarity with at least one automation framework (Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or Jest) — you don't need to be an automation engineer, but you can hold your own
Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum workflows
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal oversight
Strong written communication — you surface issues clearly and document well

Preferred Qualifications

API testing experience (Postman, REST Assured)
Performance or load testing background
Familiarity with GCP, Docker, or CI/CD pipelines
