Senior Content Marketing Manager

About The Role

Jasper is looking for a strategic and creative Senior Content Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will lead the development and execution of a data-driven B2B content strategy that resonates with our target audience at every stage of the buyer’s journey. You’ll create a wide range of assets across multiple mediums and channels, and collaborate closely with various stakeholders across the org (Marketing, Creative, Product, Sales, Engineering, etc.) to ensure your content resonates and is effectively distributed. You’ll also own and manage Jasper’s social media strategy, ensuring that we’re delivering value to our audience across platforms.

We’re looking for someone who has bold ideas, gets things done quickly, and upholds the highest editorial standards. This is a pivotal moment for our team as we scale our marketing efforts, making it the perfect time to join and have a significant impact on shaping our strategy, voice, and influence in the market.

This fully remote role reports to the Head of Communications and Content and is open to candidates located anywhere in the continental US.

 What you will do at Jasper

  • Build a scalable, full-funnel B2B content strategy that targets our key customer personas and aligns with Jasper’s growth goals, product roadmap, and marketing campaigns

  • Manage the editorial calendar and content creation process, including blog posts, white papers, reports, case studies, videos, interactive content, case studies, and more

  • Own Jasper’s social media strategy, execution, and listening across our social platforms

  • Track and establish clear metrics to analyze content performance, engagement, and reach and use these insights to continuously iterate and test

  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team, including revenue marketing, product marketing, and creative, on building out strong narratives and impactful assets

  • Build and manage a network of freelancers to scale content quickly

What you will bring to Jasper

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B content marketing, preferably in SaaS or tech

  • Proven track record in scaling a content program and driving measurable results

  • An almost obsessive attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends, best practices, and news in the marketing, martech, and AI space

  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills

  • Understanding of SEO and demand generation, and how content drives both

  • Experience with CMS platforms like Webflow

Compensation Range

At Jasper, we believe in pay transparency and are committed to providing our employees and candidates with access to information about our compensation practices. The expected base salary range offered for this role is $150,000 - $175,000. Compensation may vary based on relevant experience, skills, competencies, and certifications.
