
Creative Director
Your Role
Jump is seeking a Creative Director to own and drive our brand expression across digital marketing channels, events, and product marketing. You’ll collaborate closely with the marketing team to craft campaigns that elevate Jump’s brand and align with our visual identity, ensuring consistency and excellence across all touchpoints.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a remote, fast-paced, dynamic environment and is eager to balance leadership and strategy with hands-on creative execution.
What You’ll Do
Collaborate with Jump leadership across Product, UX, and Marketing to envision campaigns and design direction that tell Jump’s story to customers.
Set high standards for our brand through rigorous attention to craft and a passion for seeking new opportunities to impact the market through design.
Direct and deliver high-quality visual assets for product and performance marketing, digital campaigns, in-person and virtual events, and our website, supported by our Senior Brand Designer.
Create video content for social media, including animations, promo videos, and other creative assets.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide design input to elevate marketing strategies and ideas.
About You
7+ years of experience in graphic design, including recent senior design leadership roles (Creative Director, Design Director), ideally in B2B SaaS, tech, or financial services.
Detail-oriented leader who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.
Energized by unsolved problems and motivated to drive new approaches, processes, and deliverables.
Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and professionalism; able to anticipate stakeholder needs and navigate feedback with clarity and empathy.
Portfolio showcasing strong visual design work paired with compelling storytelling.
Experience art directing across disciplines including illustration, motion, photography, and other creative mediums.
Excellent communication skills; able to collaborate with internal teams and translate business, product, and marketing strategy into compelling design roadmaps.
Deep understanding of product marketing and how to translate software functionality into resonant stories.
Experience establishing brand guidelines and setting a high bar of excellence across all brand expressions.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects), Figma, and other design tools.
Experience with video editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or similar).

Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $160,000–$170,000 depending on experience
