Role Overview
We’re looking for a multi-disciplinary Designer to join our Creative Team and bring the Khloud brand to life across social, digital, illustration, packaging, gifting, and experiential. This role will work closely with our Creative Director to concept and execute best-in-class creative across every touchpoint. The ideal candidate has a strong design foundation, a unique visual point of view, and the ability to move seamlessly between quick-turn digital assets and highly crafted brand experiences. They are culturally aware, detail-obsessed, collaborative, and thrive in a fast-paced, highly creative startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design social and digital assets across IG, TikTok, Email, Paid, and Web (DTC, Amazon, etc.)

  • Create original illustrations aligned with the Khloud brand identity (for use on social, packaging, etc.)

  • Develop gifting, packaging, and unboxing experiences that surprise and delight consumers and prompt social sharing and buzz

  • Support creative concepting for key campaigns, brand moments, and experiential activations including building moodboards, concept decks, and visual direction tools

  • Ensure Khloud brand is brought to life consistently and with the highest quality execution across all brand touchpoints

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, innovation, sales, and operations teams on various projects

  • Support photo & video shoots with design needs and art direction

  • Proactively bring fresh ideas, cultural insights, and visual and campaign inspiration to the team

Qualifications

  • 2–5+ years of design experience, ideally within CPG, food, lifestyle, or agency environments

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating brand design, digital assets, and illustration work

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma; motion design skills are a plus

  • Strong conceptual thinking with excellent taste and attention to detail
    Ability to work across mediums—digital, print, packaging, experiential

  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced startup

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

  • Ability to operate with a high level of discretion
