  • Partner cross-functionally with Clinical, Operations, Compliance, Marketing, and Research teams to drive alignment

  • Monitor website, intake funnel, and product performance metrics; use data and feedback to inform improvements

  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility standards, and app store requirements

  • Maintain accurate documentation of product decisions, workflows, integrations, and system updates

  • Provide regular status updates on timelines, risks, and dependencies

  • Support reporting, quality improvement efforts, audits, and resolution of technology-related issues

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in product management, product operations, business analysis, or a related digital/technology role

  • Experience managing external development vendors, including tracking deliverables, timelines, and contracts

  • Experience supporting mobile app lifecycles, including app store submissions and post-launch updates

  • Proficiency in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and step into in-flight initiatives with minimal handoff

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and translate stakeholder needs into clear, actionable requirements

  • Comfortable using project management and ticketing tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Asana, Trello, or similar)

  • Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or other regulated environments preferred; familiarity with government or grant-funded reporting a plus

  • Exposure to AI-enabled products, chatbot platforms, LMS platforms, client portals, or booking/intake systems a plus
