About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Processing Assistant/Manager to support client applications across citizenship, residency, and ancillary service programmes.
This is a remote, client-facing role requiring accuracy, structure, and strong communication skills.
What You’ll Do
Guide clients through the application process after onboarding
Explain procedures and next steps clearly
Collect, review, and organise client documentation
Prepare:
Application forms
Document checklists
Client guidance materials
Liaise with:
Lawyers
Government authorities
External partners
Assist with drafting agreements (clients and agents)
Ensure all applications are complete, accurate, and submitted on time
Use AI tools to:
Draft and refine client communications
Structure and review documentation
Improve efficiency in day-to-day workflows
What We’re Looking For
Native Russian + fluent English
Exceptional attention to detail
Strong organisational and time management skills
Ability to work independently (remote role)
Legal background is a strong advantage
Experience in immigration / legal / compliance is a plus
AI experience is a plus
