About the Role

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Processing Assistant/Manager to support client applications across citizenship, residency, and ancillary service programmes.

This is a remote, client-facing role requiring accuracy, structure, and strong communication skills.

What You’ll Do

  • Guide clients through the application process after onboarding

  • Explain procedures and next steps clearly

  • Collect, review, and organise client documentation

  • Prepare:

    • Application forms

    • Document checklists

    • Client guidance materials

  • Liaise with:

    • Lawyers

    • Government authorities

    • External partners

  • Assist with drafting agreements (clients and agents)

  • Ensure all applications are complete, accurate, and submitted on time

Use AI tools to:

  • Draft and refine client communications

  • Structure and review documentation

  • Improve efficiency in day-to-day workflows

What We’re Looking For

  • Native Russian + fluent English

  • Exceptional attention to detail

  • Strong organisational and time management skills

  • Ability to work independently (remote role)

  • Legal background is a strong advantage

  • Experience in immigration / legal / compliance is a plus

  • AI experience is a plus
