About the Role:
We’re looking for a proactive and highly organised Marketing Manager to support a wide range of crypto-specific marketing activities. This includes managing token and exchange listings, coordinating go-to-market campaigns, and assisting in the execution of social media and digital content. You’ll be the link between our product, creative, community, and growth teams – helping us deliver impactful marketing across the Web3 ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
Exchange Listing Management
Coordinate token listings on CoinMarketCap, CoinGecko, and exchanges.
Liaise with listing partners and manage listing assets, documents, and updates.
Monitor market data feeds and performance analytics.
Campaign & Asset Coordination:
Support the planning and delivery of global and regional marketing campaigns.
Coordinate with creative teams to ensure timely delivery of assets across web, social, and community platforms.
Manage content pipelines and localisation processes.
Crypto Product Support:
Assist in launches for Kinesis products (Stablecoin suite, card programs, on-ramps, savings, merchant tools).
Help shape audience targeting and messaging strategies based on user data and feedback.
Contribute to community-driven marketing efforts, including influencer and partnership campaigns.
Analytics & Reporting:
Track performance metrics across campaigns and report insights to stakeholders.
Maintain dashboards and assist in campaign optimisation based on data.
General Marketing Support:
Help coordinate press releases, partner announcements, and cross-channel brand consistency.
Manage asset libraries, social calendars, and marketing schedules.
Paid Social Strategy
Collaborate with the creative and paid media teams to develop and manage targeted paid ad campaigns across traditional and Web3 platforms.
Competitor & Industry Research
Stay up to date with competitor activities and emerging trends to maintain a competitive edge.
What We’re Looking For:
1–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in fintech, crypto, or Web3.
Familiarity with crypto exchanges, blockchain terminology, and digital assets.
Excellent project coordination and communication skills.
Comfortable working cross-functionally in a remote-first team.
Hands-on experience with platforms like CoinMarketCap, CoinGecko, Google Analytics, or similar is a plus.
Passion for crypto, Web3, or emerging technologies.
A strong network of contacts in the Web3, blockchain, and financial sectors.
