
Social Media Coordinator
Kreativa Group, a boutique creative and marketing agency based in Miami and Los Angeles, is seeking a detail-oriented Social Media Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about social media, stays current with trends, and enjoys creating engaging content across platforms. This entry-level role focuses on producing and publishing high-quality posts, reels, and stories while actively engaging with online communities across Reddit, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, X (Twitter), TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social platforms. You’ll collaborate closely with our internal teams to ensure every piece of content aligns with campaign goals and brand aesthetics. This is a 1099 contract position.

Kreativa Fridays - No meetings, with the exception of high priority client work, we work on projects related to Kreativa Group on Fridays. In the summer, this transitions to Kreativa Summer Fridays, where we take Friday afternoons off.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and publish engaging content across multiple social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Reddit, and others
Assist with writing captions, designing graphics, and editing short-form videos for use across various channels
Monitor and engage with online communities by responding to comments, questions, and messages in a timely, brand-aligned manner
Participate in relevant conversations across Reddit, Quora, and similar platforms to build brand awareness and credibility
Support the team in scheduling content using social media management tools (e.g., Later, Buffer, Hootsuite)
Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, formats, and best practices to help keep our content fresh and relevant
Collaborate with designers, content and brand strategists to ensure all content supports campaign goals and brand guidelines
Assist in reporting basic performance metrics such as engagement, follower growth, and reach
Qualifications:
US based candidates only, we prefer candidates in Los Angeles, CA or Miami, FL
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications or a related field (recommended)
Passion for social media, storytelling, and digital trends
Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
Familiarity with major social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Threads, TikTok, Snapchat, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, Reddit, Quora)
Basic design or editing experience using tools like Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite
Comfortable engaging with online communities and responding to comments or questions
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines across various clients
Eagerness to learn and grow within a fast-paced, creative environment
Positive attitude, collaborative mindset, and willingness to take feedback
Previous internship or experience managing social media (personal, student org, or brand) is a plus
