Product Operations Intern

Responsibilities

Collaborate with multiple teams (product, development, marketing, sales, etc.) to gain insight into critical  indicators that provide insight into the operational status of the product portfolio

Lead/Support the definition and creation of dashboards/reports that provide real-time insight on product health to company leadership

Regularly update stakeholders on plans, milestones, gaps, and solutions

Required Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting abilities, attention to detail, skilled at analytics

• Adept written and oral communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

• Pursuing BA / BS degree

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and/or Python

• Proficient in data analytics tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, Elastic, etc.
