Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Position: Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Location: Fully Remote (Preferably based in LATAM)
Working Hours: 7-8 hours per day, Monday - Friday
Salary: $3600 USD per month + commissions. The average full-time SDR earns $4500/month. Many in the $5000-$6500+/month range.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct cold calls and cold emails to prospective clients.
Qualify leads and set up meetings for your clients sales team.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the dashboard and/or CRMs such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
Follow up on leads and nurture relationships to convert prospects into clients.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation and sales.

Requirements:
Native English speaker.
Experience in sales, with a strong emphasis on cold calling.
Familiarity with HubSpot or Salesforce.
Tech experience is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work.
Preference for candidates based in or looking to relocate to LATAM.
