Sales Development Representative (SDR) Location: Fully Remote (Preferably based in LATAM) Working Hours: 7-8 hours per day, Monday - Friday Salary: $2300 per month + commissions. The average SDR earns $3300/month. Top SDRs earn $5000/month.

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) who is a native English speaker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, particularly in cold calling and cold emailing, and will be familiar with working in HubSpot or Salesforce. Tech experience is a plus but not required. This is a fully remote position requiring a commitment of 6-8 hours per day, Monday through Friday. We are particularly interested in candidates who are based in or wish to live in LATAM (Latin America).
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct cold calls and cold emails to prospective clients.
Qualify leads and set up meetings for the sales team.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in HubSpot or Salesforce.
Follow up on leads and nurture relationships to convert prospects into clients.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation and sales.
Requirements:
Native English speaker.
Experience in sales, with a strong emphasis on cold calling and cold emailing.
Familiarity with HubSpot or Salesforce.
B2B cold calling in SaaS/tech is highly preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work.
Preference for candidates based in or looking to relocate to LATAM.
