Account Executive

Come join Levro as an Account Executive as we accelerate our growth. We are looking for motivated and excited individuals eager to make a huge impact on a hyper-growth startup to take ownership of identifying and pursuing the first customers verticals we will build out.

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers and helping them meet their banking needs with the Levro platform. As an early sales team member, you are exposed to multiple aspects of building and scaling a revenue machine from scratch - and positions you to accelerate your career.

You are smart, organized, and excited to learn. More importantly, you are a strong, reliable detail-oriented extrovert that can serve as the first point of contact between Levro and our potential customers.

What you'll do

  • Drive the lead-to-cash process from prospecting to developing / executing outreach campaigns and applying a consultative approach towards customer acquisition.

  • Build a pipeline of leads by aligning Levro’s product and services with the needs and use cases of potential customers

  • Meet and/or exceed monthly quotas by driving a high volume of prospect outreach through phone, email, social media, etc.

  • Work with our senior sales leaders as needed to convert leads into customers

  • Follow-up on leads quickly and within designated time frames

  • Compose and send cold and warm emails / messages 

  • Identify buyer persona profiles to generate relevant prospects and leads

  • Meticulously track and manage sales conversations in our CRM

What we're looking for:

  • Entrepreneurial, with high tolerance for ambiguity and complexity, and efficient with limited resources.

  • Low ego, highly intelligent, quick learner eager to roll up your sleeves and tackle any tasks for our clients

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in sales, sales development, or business development

  • Excellent communication skills – able to negotiate and handle objections

  • Detailed oriented prospector

  • Solid business acumen with a focus on startups, SMB, and mid-market segment a huge plus

  • Action oriented with excellent work ethic and initiative

  • Strong written (emails, presentations) and verbal communication

  • Preferred San Francisco for co-location with the leadership

Founded by 2nd time YC founders, Levro is hiring its first ten people who will shape the next big global bank. Levro has already built a team with leaders from Gusto, Palantir, and Meta.
