We are currently looking for a(n) Junior Teacher Acquisition Manager (all genders) based in Berlin or working remotely within Germany.

Your mission with us: Connect the best of teachers with the growing demand of students by delivering 99 % of high-quality classes.

Your tasks:

  • Communicate in teacher acquisition-related topics with more than 2000 freelance teachers

  • Post job advertisements and screen applications of future teachers while applying certain criteria and qualifications within the online educational market

  • Work closely with our team of seven managers to support administrative, operational and QA tasks

  • Support daily communication with candidates and teachers and keep the hiring pipeline fullSupport the hiring process by screening all incoming applications daily and by leading interviews with potential online teachers

  • Manage our fixed courses and populate them with available teachers

  • Work in relations with other department at Lingoda to deliver on various projects (B2B, marketing, crm etc.) involving teachers

You bring to Lingoda:

  • You have a very advanced level of English (C1/C2)You have advanced (C-level) knowledge of German

  • Italian is a strong plus

  • Any other language (French, Spanish) would also be an advantage

  • You have finished your Bachelor’s degree in the field of Linguistics, Translation or any major related to languages or educational administration

  • You have experience and interest in the field of Recruitment/HR or Business Administration/Project Management

  • You are a team player; a fast learner and self-motivated to work independently in project management

  • You are communicative, organized and reliable

  • You are interested in the online education field and want to be a part of this constantly developing sector
