⭐ Role Overview

As a Principal Product Designer in the Customer Experience Group, you'll lead through design and own the strategy that brings our product experiences to life.

You’ll be the driving force behind creating thoughtful, end-to-end solutions deeply rooted in customer needs, leveraging Design Thinking to ensure our products are as valuable as they are delightful.

This role is where strategic vision meets hands-on design: You’ll influence and lead product direction, make high-impact decisions, and ensure every solution is grounded in empathy, research, and business insight.

⭐ How Will You Make an Impact?

• Customer-Centric Strategy: Lead the design strategy for your Customer Experience area, ensuring every decision starts with the customer and delivers measurable value

• Shape Product Direction: Partner closely with Product and business leadership to influence roadmap and strategy

• Lead Through Design Thinking: Drive bold problem-solving through ideation, co-creation, and iterative validation

• Lean UX Approach: Work iteratively, test early and frequently, adapt quickly, and deliver value early

• Turn Research into Strategy: Translate customer insights into clear design strategy that aligns stakeholders

• Own the End-to-End Journey: Map, challenge, and reimagine user journeys to identify high-leverage moments

• Prototype the Future: Generate and test innovative concepts that push the experience forward

• Validate with Rigor: Lead concept testing and partner with Product and Data on experiments to measure impact

• Track record of defining UX direction, not just delivering against it

• Experience setting vision, building design strategy, and shaping what “great” looks like in a product area

• Strong point of view with excellent communication skills to influence peers and leadership

• Systems thinker who designs for the whole experience, not just individual screens

• Deeply customer-obsessed, with history of turning research into strategy

• Excellent collaborator who raises the bar for teams through craft, clarity, and conviction

• Mastery of design tools (Figma and beyond), design systems, and accessibility

• Experience contributing to design culture through mentorship, process improvement, or practice development
