Please note that we are required to add a location to job ads but Lokalise is a full-remote company and you can work from anywhere.
We are looking for a data-driven SEO Expert with strong content creation and strategy skills, and a proven track record of achieving organic growth. In this role, you will plan, develop, execute, and manage on-site and off-site SEO optimizations that drive quality traffic. This role will be part of the Demand Generation team and partner closely with internal and external teams/resources.
You will:
â—¦ Work cross-functionally with the Content, Web, and Analytics teams.
â—¦ Develop content that matches high value and high conversion traffic.
â—¦ Research, propose, and implement content recommendations.
â—¦ Keep pace with SEO best practices and updates.
â—¦ Forecast, measure, and analyze the impact of SEO activities on traffic and leads.
â—¦ Analyze ranking reports and regularly experiment with new SEO concepts.
â—¦ Conduct keyword and competitor research, and prioritize keywords to reach qualified prospects.
â—¦ Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SERP positions.
Requirements / You must have:
â—¦ 3+ years of SEO experience, ideally in B2B SaaS.
â—¦ 2+ years of SEO content creation/editing.
â—¦ Hands-on experience with analytical tools such as Semrush, Ahrefs, and Google Analytics.
â—¦ Strong quantitative skills; the ability to quickly analyze data and take action on it.
â—¦ A desire to work remotely and overlap with GMT+2 for four hours each day.
â—¦ A thorough understanding of Google's algorithms and their impact on SEO.
â—¦ A high degree of interpersonal skills and the ability to handle multiple interfaces and matrix structures.

The following would be considered a plus:
â—¦ Work experience in B2B SaaS focused on technical audiences.
â—¦ The ability to write compelling copy.
â—¦ Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and code structure in relation to SEO.
â—¦ Experience with a technical site audit and content analysis.
â—¦ Experience with visualization tools such as Data Studio and/or Tableau.
â—¦ Experience with WordPress.
â—¦ Experience working on a globally distributed team.
