Senior Accountant

Luna Physical Therapy is seeking a Senior Accountant to join our Finance team. We're looking for someone with strong analytical skills and audit experience, ideally within multi-state healthcare organizations. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring accurate financial reporting, operational efficiency, and compliance as we continue to scale nationally. If you excel in fast-paced environments and bring hands-on experience with month-end close, account reconciliations, and financial analysis — we’d love to hear from you.

How you will have an impact

• Collect data, interpret information, analyze data and prepare reports from various applications

• Collecting, analyzing, recording and reporting financial data

• Own the monthly close process, including financial reporting and analysis

• Prepare and upload revenue and COGS journal entries in NetSuite

• Reconcile revenue and accounts receivable accounts

• Track, maintain, and process timely payment of local taxes

• Perform daily cash flow reconciliations

• Conduct internal audits

• Coordinate and prepare schedules for various audits

• Process accounts payable payments via ACH and bank wire

• Analyze the unapplied cash account monthly

• Reconcile balance sheet accounts on a monthly basis

What you can offer Luna

• 5+ years of experience in general accounting and financial analysis

• CPA preferred

• Multi-location or healthcare accounting experience strongly preferred

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication skills and comfort interacting across departments

• Proficient in Excel; experience with NetSuite and system implementations a plus

$65,000 - $97,000 a year

Salary is commensurate with experience and location
