💻 JavaScript/React Developer

Is the design, programming, and debugging of the website your favorite combo? Do you want to make the users' experience as smooth as possible? We’re looking for an experienced Frontend Developer with JavaScript/React skills to take the MapTiler products to the next level!

Join the MapTiler team and play a key role in enhancing user experience and shaping the future of online maps.

What you will do

Develop, maintain, and optimize new features in the Cloud frontend.

• Contribute to the development of the MapTiler Engine product.

• Work on the new visual georeferencer.

• Connect the frontend with the backend.

• Collaborate closely with Designers and fellow team members.

• Conduct reviews for other team members.

What we expect from you

• A minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Frontend Developer.

• Extensive experience with JavaScript and React.

• Attention to detail, consistency, and strong organizational skills.

• A team player who collaborates to achieve common goals.

• A strong drive for self-improvement, continuous learning, and knowledge sharing.

Nice to have

• Interest in maps.

• Knowledge of the map industry.

• Any experience with online maps (mapbox-gl-js, leaflet, WebGL, etc.)

• Experience with Agile methodology.
