Creator Community Data Analyst

About the Role

The MarketScale Creator Community is a 500+ strong community of creators who produce video content, manage creative production, and deliver marketing strategy for some of the best companies in the world. We are looking to add a Part Time Remote Data Analyst to our Creator Community.

MarketScale delivers B2B marketers a suite of data and analytics tools and services, helping them grow their businesses by identifying trends and leveraging predictive analytics.

This role will be focused on business operations and intelligence and you will have the opportunity to work with many of the departments within MarketScale for various BI and Reporting projects, as well as working on various external client projects and challenges.

The ideal candidate is someone who is proficient in Integromat/Make, SQL, and Grow Dashboard, to help with data analysis, visualization, and reporting. Someone who can work independently, is detail-oriented, and can work collaboratively with other team members.

This is an ideal position for work from home candidates looking for a part time position in a field that combines data and analytics with meaningful client relationships. Data Analysts will effectively identify trends and leverage data and be exposed to a variety of our client industries (i.e. Entertainment, Energy, Architecture/Engineering/Construction, Pro-AV, etc).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with other team members to ensure that client deliverables are being processed and fulfilled

• Maintain databases, tools, and dashboards that optimize statistical insight into website traffic

• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand the business questions and opportunities, and to provide insights/answers to meet the needs of the business

• Apply expertise in quantitative statistical analysis and data visualization to synthesize trends into actionable insights and tell the story behind the numbers

• Regularly work with Integromat, SQL, and Grow to create views, tables, and develop advanced queries to answer business questions

• Work with various APIs to access and aggregate data for a variety of internal and client platforms

• Validate the calculations and results against known figures, other reports, peer reviews, etc.

• Provide operational and analytical support to Leadership team in a variety of periodic and ad hoc operational projects and strategic initiatives

• General maintenance of various web tools with strict attention to detail

Requirements

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy

• Experience with Google Analytics or similar platforms preferred, but not required

• Proficient in Integromat, SQL, Grow, and MS Office (Excel, Access, Word etc.)

• Bachelors degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Business/Marketing, Statistics or similar field
